February 11 - pitching clinic 9:00 am to 1:00 pm
March
March 1st (W) – Finalize Coaches for Spring Season
March 1st – Commissioner meeting (Commissioners from all ages)
March 5th (M) – Registration closes. *** Registration extended until March 10th for 6U and 8U**
March 8th (W) – 10U Draft
March 9th ® - 12U draft
March 12th (M) – 8U Drafts 8:00 pm
March 13th - 6U draft time TBD
March 12th (M) – Order Uniforms and coordinate with Printer (Uniform coordinator)
March 26th (U) – Distribute equipment to coaches
March 26th - Eastern Fast Pitch Scheduling Meeting 1:00 pm(North Versailles Public Library, 1401 Greensburg Ave #1, North Versailles, PA 15137)
**All Head coaches must attend or send a representative to schedule for them***
April
April 1st (S) – Start of Spring Practices
April 1st - Pitching clinic
April 20th (S) – Distribute uniforms to coaches
April 22nd (S) – Opening Day, Start of Spring Games

May 5-7th – AC Softball Tournament, MCP closed
May14th (Su) – 8U / 10U / 12U Tournament Tryouts **Tentative**
May TBD – 8U / 10U / 12U Tournament Practices

June 3rd – 6U final games
June 3rd or 4th – 8U end of season tournament followed by All-star game.
June 3rd or 4th – 8U In-house All-Star Game
June 10th – 14th – 10U / 12U Playoffs
June 17 – 18th – USSA Father’s date Frenzie, MCP shut down
